Lioness found their first match win beating Young Lionesses today in the week 5 of Myanmar Women League 2023. Zin Moe Pyae, Pan Ei Nwe and Yoon Wadi Hlaing scored for the team.
The leading goal for Yangon was netted by Zin Moe Pyae in 30 minutes and led 1-0 ahead of the opponent in the first half.
They kept dominating in the second half and Pan Ei Nwe in 52 minutes, Yoon Wadi Hlaing in 84 minutes to seal the victory over Young Lionesses.
Yangon United women team will face Young Lionesses as a second round meeting on 4th August at Salin stadium.
