Yangon United sign Yan Lin Aung on one-year contract

We are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Yan Lin Aung from Kamphaengphet FC on a one-year contract.
Yan Lin Aung is one of the generations of Myanmar U-20 who participated in the FIFA U-20 World Cup New Zealand and is a product of the Yangon youth team. He had been scouted in Myanmar National U-19 in 2013 and made his appearance with Myanmar U-20 in FIFA U-20 World Cup.
He began his professional career in the Yangon United youth team in 2012 holding the Champions title at the end of the season and was promoted to the senior team in 2016. Looking back to his achievement with Yangon United, he won the 2018 Charity Cup, and 2018 Myanmar National League and won back-to-back General Aung San Shield Champions in 2018 and 2019.
Yan Lin Aung expressed his feeling about returning home, “I can’t express how much I feel delighted to be offered, and I will do as much as I can for the team.”
