The scoring opened in the 11th minute with a penalty converted by Ye Win Aung. La Min Pyae Sone then added two more goals, giving Yangon a commanding lead by halftime.
The second half saw Yangon United (U-20) continue their relentless attack. Kaung Khant Kyaw netted twice in quick succession in the 63rd and 66th minutes. La Min Pyae Sone secured his hat-trick with a well-set-up assist from Khun Cho Htoo. Min Thu added two goals to the tally, and Naing Ko sealed the emphatic victory with a goal in the 86th minute, completing the 9-0 rout.
