Thitsar Arman (U-20) claimed a 2-0 victory over Yangon United (U-20) today at Padonmar Stadium in the Myanmar National Youth (U-20) League.
Yangon United (U-20) started with determination, creating opportunities but struggling to finish effectively. Thitsar Arman capitalized on this in the 32nd minute when Zon Moe Aung opened the scoring in the first half.
Yangon continued to push for an equalizer but couldn’t find the back of the net. Thitsar Arman’s captain, OK Chit, extended their lead in the 58th minute with a well-placed free-kick. In the 76th minute, Yangon United was awarded a penalty, but Sai Zayar Kyaw was unable to convert it, leaving the score at 2-0 in favor of Thitsar Arman.
Yangon United (U-20) now holds 33 points from 20 matches (10 wins, 3 draws, and 7 losses) and will face Junior Lions next at Padonmar Stadium on November 16th.
