Yangon United women’s team secured 3-0 victory over YREO
Yangon United Women’s Team secured a commanding 3-0 victory over YREO this evening at Yangon United Sports Complex.
The starting lineup featured some changes, including the substitution of Pan Ei Nwe for Yoon Wadi Hlaing. The breakthrough came in the 36th minute when Mya Hnin Wai found the net, sending the ball into the bottom right corner past the goalkeeper.
In the second half, head coach introduced Yu Yu Naing, replacing Jue Htet Wai. In the 56th minute, Su Su Kyi extended Yangon’s lead, finishing a well-placed assist from Yoon Wadi Hlaing. The Lionesses maintained their attacking pressure, and Zin Moe Pyae secured the third goal with another cross from Yoon Wadi Hlaing, sealing the 3-0 win.
Yangon United Women’s Team now stands in second place with 36 points from 16 matches, 11 wins, 3 draws, and 2 losses. Their next match will be against Myawady Women on October 30th at Salin Stadium.
