Yangon beats top runner Magwe with 2-0

  Yangon United (U-21) won over Magwe (U-21) resulting 2-0 with the goals of Aee Soe and Wai Yan Htike in week no.3 of Myanmar National League Youth 2017 at Padonmar stadium. Aee Soe has scored goals since last 3 matches up to 5 goals.

Yangon United (U-21) started the squad with Tun Aung Kyaw (GK), Aung Bala, Htee San Won Khin Sin, Htoo Khant Lwin, Zin Ko, Nyi Nyi Aung, Kyaw Swar Win, Aung Myo Oo, Wai Yan Htike, Thurain Soe and Aee Soe. Magwe (U-21) lined up with Than Min Htike (GK), Zaw Pauk, Hein Htet Zaw, Kyaw Zin Htwe, Min Ko Ko, Zin Min Tun, Zeyar Naing, Zin Mg Mg, Saw Win Hlaing, Aung Kyaw Thu (1) and Saw Phaw Lar Lay.

Yangon youth could give press on Magwe youth and in 18 minutes Yangon earned a leading goal by Aee Soe closely netted with the paving of Wai Yan Htike. Shortly after a leading goal, Yangon was awarded a free kick and Kyaw Swar Win’s long pass hit the bar and bounced back then Wai Yan Htike headed to the net closely. In second half there were substitutions on both sides and opponent attempted to earn the point but Yangon’s defense blocked strongly and their efforts were in vain. At the final whistle Yangon United (U-21) won over Magwe (U-21) with 2-0.

Yangon Youth earns 7 points from 3 plays, 2 win and 1 draw. Yangon United (U-21) will play against Zwekapin United (U-21) at Padonmar stadium in February 21st.
